Highly suspected to be a glowing honeypot website due to the harsh restrictions[1] needed to make an account and the constant simping for anime girls who are underaged. Also they allow pro-rape threads.
This website was created by the same group of people who own Sanctioned Suicide, a forum dedicated to promotion of suicide and which has ACKed over 50 people during the last years.[2]
