>A phone call? No siree I might get anxiety

Mental health is an emotional, psychological, and social well-being, that affects how you think, feel, handle stress, relate to others, and make decisions. Everyone has mental health, and it can change over time, just like physical health.

Mental health often serves as an excuse by faggots, women, trannies, soy boys, and other dysfunctional losers to justify their shitty lifestyle. These pathetic losers will often complain that they are feeling anxiety or stress, but really they just want an excuse to sit in their room and goon to porn or to play videogames all day without worrying about anything else.

What causes bad mental health?

[edit | edit source]

A lot of things, but mostly just what's happening in your life and what's surrounding it. If you are a shitty little faggot who does nothing but whine on the internet all day, then you probably don't have good mental health. Some people who do have bad mental health may have it due to external factors though, like people who grew up abused and people who grew up poor. Whatever it may be that makes you "depressed" you can use as an excuse to get out of things, such as work or school, or for literally anything else.

According to professionals, the following are bad for your mental health:

How do I get better mental health?

[edit | edit source]

Improving mental health usually comes from consistent habits like getting enough sleep, eating well, maintaining proper hygiene, and staying active while helping your body and mind stay balanced. Ignore retards and bait, drink more water, don't smoke nigger weed and be calm. Doing exercises is also a very giga way to improve it, as they not only build confidence but also help transform stress into positive energy.

>YOU ARE HEREBY DIAGNOSED WITH APD, OCD, BBC, AND ADD AND MUST NOW PAY ME $600 DOLLARS A MONTH FOR PRESCRIPTIONS

If nothing helps, you can try consulting a "professional", though if you're jobless little faggot who sits home everyday watching troonslop, gooning and whining on the Internet, you're probably beyond salvation.

Mental Health "professionals"

Somebody call fuckin' Soyberg! The following page or section was written during a schizo episode.
You WILL remind the author to take his meds.
>Take your meds, silly little goy and pay me $60000 USD so you can blabber on about shit going on in your life as I pretend like I'm helping you.

Despite being completely made up, there are many (((doctors))) who claim to specialize in mental health. They say they promote "mental wellbeing" and treat mental disorders, but in actuality they just use their title to prescribe medication and make money. But you WILL take your meds, because they help you out. OKAY?!?!?!!?!?!?!

Mentally ill patient

Mental illness is a health condition that significantly affects a person’s thoughts, emotions, behavior, or ability to function in daily life. Examples include actual depression, anxiety disorders, gender dysphoria and same sex attraction, bipolar affective disorder, schizophrenia, eating disorders and many others. It is extremely important to take your prescribed meds if you have a mental illness.

Science often can't tell what exactly causes mental disorders, but it is believed that they result from a complex interaction of genetic, biological, psychological, and environmental factors or however brain works.

Typical treatment

The majority of mentally ill live among normal people. They may be admitted to a psychiatric hospital (sometimes involuntarily) when they have a serious, immediate risk of harming themselves or others, cannot meet basic needs because of severe symptoms, or need intensive treatment that cannot safely be provided at home.

How do I know if I have it?

[edit | edit source]

Soyim constantly accuse each other of being mentally ill and naturally advise taking meds. Statistically, one in seven people suffers from a mental disorder[1], which means that there is a 14.3% probability that a randomly selected 'teen will turn out to be mentally ill, especially on /x/ board.

Because mentally ill individuals can experience confabulatory delusions, they rarely realize they are mentally ill; furthermore their confused brain deems everyone else wrong and retarded, fueling the patient's delusions. This means you might not even realize you are mentally ill and perhaps it is better for you to just trust the experts.

Nevertheless, there are symptoms that can help accurately identify if there's something wrong with YOU and not anyone else. These symptoms include, but aren't limited to: extreme mood swings, strange or illegal thoughts, desire to gigaquote things that shouldn't be gigaquoted, inventing hypothetical scenarios and becoming irritated by them, unusual or abnormal tics, nonsensical speech, sexual deviations, and desire to waste your time drawing and/or forcing NAS and bait (usually accompanied by an inability to analyze own actions by uploading it on 'ru). If you experience any of the listed symptoms, stop posting IMMEDIATELY.
