SNCA:Raspberry Pi

Raspberry Pi is the name for a series of mini computers, designed for general use. they are generally small and affordable, but they do NOT have the power that a regular desktop/laptop would have. you also cant modify any of the hardware, due to it being fused directly to the board.
Models:[edit | edit source]
- Raspberry Pi Model A
- Raspberry Pi Model B
- Raspberry Pi 2
- Raspberry Pi 3
- Raspberry Pi 4
- and the latest model, Raspberry pi 5
The different Operating Systems you can install on it[edit | edit source]
Before 2020, in order to install an operating system on Raspberry Pi, you had to use something called NOOBS (New Out Of Box Service), which was an SD card with a bunch of OS's installed on it. However, in 2020, Raspberry Pi imager was introduced, which was just an easier way to add OS's to any raspberry pi. And in 2026, NOOBS was no longer supported[which is why my raspberry pi is no longer working].
The (Main) OS's you can install are:
- Raspberry PI OS (which is the main, Debian-based OS)
- Its "splinter" smaller OS's (32 bit, 64 bit, ect.)
- LibreELEC
- Pretty much any OS you want
