Fundamental Paper Education, abbreviated to FPE is a shitty 4 minute animation created by some girl named "Kaaatie" when she was 15 (now 16, almost 17), based on a Baldi's Basics song called Basics in Behavior by (((The Living Tombstone))). The original upload gained around 8 million views in a month (72 million before it was set to private, millions more if counting reuploads) and birthed a fandom (somehow???), it even has a fandom wiki for it now along with multiple AU's (Alternate Universes), a shallow plot, and characters that all look like women (some of them are supposed to be men).

It was planned to become a series, but the creator sperged out and cancelled the second episode, and later privated everything on xer million sub youtube channel.

It is forced on the Sharty by about 12 autists and possible trannies, some of which have been outed as 'cordniggers. It is forced so much that creating a thread with the text "FPE" in it will automove it to the namefag and autist hell that is /qa/. It is possibly forced by DA 'COOOOOOOOOOOOORD, but this needs Snopes fact-checking.

In February 2025, the CIA used the song for mind control experiments. The melody was beamed into the heads of the subjects who had never heard it before, in order to create confusion and panic. Shortly after the conclusion of this experiment, FPE bait started to be spammed on various boards.

Plot

It's about this school that's dominated by 3 evil teachers who kill students that get low grades, there's also a shitskin demon girl named Alice who kills people who enter her goon cave. Only one student, being Engel, has enough courage to resist the teachers, the rest just run around the school until the teachers or Alice eventually eat them.

The entire animation is played out to the song Basics in Behavior (Blue Edition) by The Living Tombstone.

The FPE Wars were a series of flamewars on /soy/ and /qa/, SoyBooru, the Zarty, and to a lesser extent Reddit. One day, some autists REALLY liked Fundamental Paper Education , so xhey started uploading FPE-themed 'jaks to the booru and started sharing their enthusiasm on the Sharty. In retaliation, a few other autists started calling it a Baldi clone and declared war on it; FPE autists also compared it to Skibidi Toilet which sparked significant backlash. An FPE autist also created a page about FPE on this wiki which was removed due to its overwhelming sperginess. Root welcomed the new autists into /qa/ and declared it their home (/qa/ is the designated autist containment board) with them making a general in there that lasted until Root was demoted from his adminship.

On April 9, 2024 many FPE threads were made on /soy/l, causing a minor NAS war; there was a sage-spammer, some porn was posted, and it ended with the autists making a new ID thread to avoid the sage-spammers which was then moved to /qa/. A thread was made telling the mods to ban FPE and get the thread stickied if it got 1000 replies, which it did, and for the next 3 days posting FPE in /soy/ got you a surprise ban between 15 minutes and 6 hours. Hilariously a few autists intentionally posted threads on /soy/ with FPE imagery just to see how long of a ban xhey would get.

After the temporary ban of FPE on /soy/ ended, the war resumed; which had the side effect of making the 'log coaly half of any given day. Notably, a Soytan avatarfag and a couple other retards joined this "crusade" against FPE and kept falling for the most obvious bait ever; and as a result the 'log was filled to the brim with posts talking about FPE to the point of there being OVER 2000 FUCKING MENTIONS OF FPE ON THE 'LOG.

Sometime before April 26, 2024 all FPE 'jaks were deleted from the 'ru; likely due to suspicions that this coal is being forced by Der 'Cord. The approver who deleted the 'jaks was later removed, as of today all those soyjaks are back up on the Booru.

On November 17, 2024, both Joel and Hamas_2, two of the most notable anti-FPE namefags on the Soysphere, got permabanned once their soycord got snitched upon.

The /mtv/ thread

During the Beach VS Waterpark war of Summer 2024, an FPE general thread was created on /mtv/, it was branded as a Demi x Sasha thread (popular ship in the FPE community) and during it's time it accumulated hundreds of replies with the mere existence of the thread being enough to cause tryhard nu-Lee's to post anti-FPE content on the 'log of /mtv/ and try to slide the thread off of the /mtv/ catalog, the thread was moved to /fpe/, was moved to /qa/ after /fpe/ got locked, and was eventually slid off.

Fundamental Paper Education, being one of the Sharty's most controversial things ever (and essentially the replacement for Ongezellig after Zelligate) was gifted it's own board during the 113 board Frootniversary event. After accumulating 100 posts, creating Froot fanart, making a bait thread on 4cuck's /co/ and being saved by "TheyCallMeDSP" during a game of online Tetris, /fpe/ became an actual mainstay board on soyjak.party that so far has been around for over 3 months, /fpe/ won.

Eventually /fpe/ was removed from soyjak.party's top bar. In the board's lifespan from the 113 board plan event to November 7, 2024, it has:

• Had to face off against lots of spammers, initially the spam was a very serious issue but ever since they won the event the board has received better moderation (it no longer gets spammed).
• Created it's own lingo.
  • Δryan, the name of the Sharty's 12 FPEChuds.
  • A+, C, F- and others are substitutes for gem, coal, brimstone and others.
  • Paperless shills are FPE haters.
  • Crumpled is a substitute for sage.

• Has created 3 custom themes (normal FPE theme, FPE dark theme and a Ruby theme).
• Has produced lots of fanart, including soyjak edits.

Kaaatie cancels FPE

Kaaatie made a post on Xitter (now deleted since she's trying to hide from her popularity) telling people that she does not want to draw FPE characters anymore because the internet hurt her feelings or however the foid artist is oversensitive. This is a parallel to when Studio Massa cancelled Ongezellig.

Twitter trannies being Twitter trannies immediately started calling Katie a lazy bitch but that's SNCA Twitter drama, just understand that official FPE content is OVER.

On November 24, 2024, the original video was unlisted (GEEEEEG!!!), although finding it is incredibly easy. On February 14, 2025, the original video was changed from unlisted to private (eventually removed geg), this is due to the fact that she found the alt-right liked her content^{[it just is, ok?]}, and Katie hated the fact she had right-wing fans, especially from one specific far-right reactionary imageboard known as the Sharty (FPETROONS BTFO). Katie has ever since privated all of her YouTube videos and deleted all of her xitter posts (and most likely ACK'd herself irl after that lul). On April 10 2025 she would change her bio, saying that she would obviously be returning someday but not continue drawing her old characters anymore, resulting in a true end to the ill-fated 4 minute animation just like the 'zellig.

Miss Circle bait

As of January 2025, FPE bait (focused on Miss Circle since she's the only FPE character baitposters know) has not been too common but has been prominent enough to make any sane user unhappy.
