BBCode is a text styling format mainly used on soybooru. Since the Nuuru update, which included a bar at the top of the comment section to style your comment, BBCode is not required as much to style your comments; however, there might be some situations in which you DO need it (e.g. when you need to make a creative spam or you need to make Glowing red text), or when you need to post a URL (because the obsessed faggot Nuuru doesn't do it properly, for some reason).

Text coloring

style BBCode usable via comment editor
red text [redtext]RED TEXT[/redtext] yes
green text >green text yes
orange text <orange text yes

custom size text [size=36px]Custom size[/size] yes and no, depending on the size

Tagging

Tagging is done like this in BBCode:

[mention userguid=a05c4985-9c65-4336-b037-5955da2b83e6]example_user[/mention]

you can change the text in between the two Mentions, as what is important for tagging the proper user is the userguid.
