A RAT, short for Remote Access Trojan is a form of malware that can let the attacker gain access to your system and control it remotely without your permission from their computer to yours, RATs use the same fundamental principles as commonly used remote desktop software but the software for RATs is often more custom tailored to for malicious use.
There are tools that let you download the victims files, listen to their audio and play noises from your own microphone into their speakers in which you can earrape them, install files and remove files like installing more viruses or a backdoor into their computer attackers can also mine bitcoin off of your computer making it slower.
It should be noted that in most countries gaining access to a computer system without permission is illegal, and causing damage using said software can entail additional charges.

- Not downloading random shit off of the internet
- Verify files through websites like Virustotal, Triage or Hybrid-Analysis (doe some virus checks are not fully true)
- Don't use windows
- Insult and 'ox the person who made the RAT
Enxrgy
[edit | edit source]On August 19, 2026, a YouTube streamerfag known as Enxrgy, best known for being a Nigger who leaches off ishowspeed, downloaded a ratted game sent to him by a crew of 'teens who were spamming his chat. Some real viewers tried to stop the Snarky.snappy hacker but were buried by Soyteen's spamming "W" and "67". Somehow, without even a second thought, Enxrgy disabed Windows Defender and went to Gurrygames, in which He installed the "totally not ratted game" known as Deak Killer. This act of retardedness gave the r/markiplier hacker, known as Cobson, full control of his system. Enxrgy after getting hacked, showed off his autism to everybody by spending 10 minutes trying to find out what mouse sensitivity was. After an hour of waiting, the 'teens got fed up and told the ratGOD to stop slowburning the raid and just rape it all down to the ground, the RatGOD uploaded all of Enxrgy's Cookies and History to the thread following it up with installing the evil Spongebob Virus onto Enxrgy's PC. The RatGOD then played audio saying he had full control over Enxrgy's computer before opening a nice gemmy image on his screen. Enxrgy sperged out over seeing 'cado and quickly JSID.[3][4]
