A patriotic anthem made by 'ru users

Soyvil War 5, also known as the July Revolution, is an ongoing conflict that began on July 28, 2026 following the furcord leaks and the subsequent Smuglet controversy, intensifying after user outrage over pedophilic jokes being unbanned.

SoyBooru Smuglet spam

During the events of Soyvil War 5, Smuglet was more commonly seen in the Gallery of 'der 'ru, mainly posted by coalposters. One of the Smuglet posters, name046284, got (obviously) banned by Warrior-Z for implying he was a lolicon.[1] However the smuglet pornography, in other words loli 'p xe uploaded is still here to this day, with other attentionwhores starting to defend it after Mustard and Funnybenny18 stepped in to defend the whole situation similar to the babyjak one, with Funnybenny going as far as to try and deny as many reports possible on any post containing smuglet pornography[snopes?].

Warrior-Z's declaration of war

On July 30, Warrior-Z declared war against Smuglet posters, Baitcord and Furcord, which only fueled the conflict and brought many users supporting Warrior-Z's actions[2].

Further attempts to distract

On the same day, Mustard announced the Boorubux system, which turned the Booru basically in a gambling site, that caused uproar, leading to Booru users to get distracted, until someone made a thread pointing it out that was later 404'd.[3] However, these attempts were futile as the wiki was still engaged.

A supposed self-dox was posted by a guy from Tennessee called Liam S. Douglas, which did work as a temporary distraction. Whether this was an attempt to distract from Furcord or not is unknown. It is speculated that Liam S. Douglas is Glisterald himself.[it just is, ok?snopes?it just is, ok?how???whatbut... why?]

Soysphere shutdown

In July 28-29 (depending if you are an obsessed Amerimutt or a Euromutt), the entire soysphere went down, including soyjak.party. Only the Shroom was immune to this. This only added further fuel, that coincidentally, after such a big drama, everything went down. This further added to the number of things smuglet indirectly caused, leading many to believe the variant is Poopson.

In early hours of July 30th / late 29th, the 'ru brapped again.

Rule 2 neutered

On July 30, 2026, rule 2 was altered to remove the ban on pedophilic "jokes", this was met with immediate backlash from every sane person in the thread and increased calls for a Fifth Soyvil War.[4] Although "people" still got 'nished for pedophile jokes[5] 'teens were nuts already

Furcord is leaked. Widely believed to the start of Soyvil War 5.

July 29

The Furcord leaks are still getting spread around the Soysphere.

July 30

Around 18:00 UTC, a massive clitty leakage started on /soy/ and the IRC due to the castration of rule 2.[6] Soyteens called for Fifth Soyvil War.

During the later evening and early night set in the PPH would slowly drop. But with the catty still mainly wiped with a few normalish threads and a brimstone thread made by the baitcord[7]

The most notable actions taken were:

July 31

At around 1:00 UTC, jannies would catty wipe /soy/ removing over 10 hours of threads, most of which were protest ones. Ban list is filled with rule 5 and 13 bans.

At that time most Amerimutts and Euromutts went to sleep, and fighting slowed down significantly, yet was still occurring.

At approximately 7:00 UTC spam was renewed, and after that all Soysphere sites went down for approximately an hour. At ~08:10 UTC Soysphere sites resumed functioning.

As a countermeasure, a lot of anti-quote and anti-mustard posts are moved to /q/

Spam continued throughout the day. At around 17:00 UTC someone claiming to be Quote's boyfriend emerged, which became a nu 'pasta to spam.[11]

War got derailed because 'teens got distracted by Femquote porn in anti-quote thread... [12] a hour after south african posted picture of his monitor cowered in cum near femquote porn picture. He got 'nished quickly leaving the rest of the thread shocked[13]

Containment breach

Due to the actions by Swinny Insurgency, Patient 1913 has supposedly breached containment on July 31 and is currently damaging all computer systems within the soysphere. This resulted in the 'ki, 'ru and the sharty going down on Friday, Jul 31 07:45 AM BST 2026. Mobile 'Jak Force was dispatched to contain the incident, but was unsuccessful because the patient used Proton VPN. █████ commented on the issue:
