Bill was a potential buyer of the Sharty during the Second Great Purchase. Most likely a rich teen from the jarty, he seemed like he would actually buy the Sharty for a few hours, with his top bid being 10,560$. This caused many soyteens to cry, seethe, and 'tism out like the overreacting selfish little fucks they are. Eventually, however, Bill was BTFO'd by Doll, who ended up outbidding him for 10,700 USD, only by 140$, making this a toe-curling, intense, no cheap thrills a24 slowburn moment.
