Linkers are people who obsessively link everything on a page. Whilst a cryptid in itself, linkers tend to only add links due to their inability to contribute any meaningful original content, and because they are obsessed with the color blue. Research done by The Experts has concluded that the Fact, Lie, and Truthnuke pages are the main breeding grounds for Linkers.
The pages Fact, Aryan, Truthnuke, SNCA, and Lie exist for the sole purpose of being linked to.
To stop being a linker (linker is their word, you can use linka though) you can try being original and making your own meaningful thoughts, or adding research to a page and fact checking any existing content.
(You) can also draw original content and maybe stop being so determined to just add a few bytes to a page. BBC therapy works too.
Many reputable scientists have linked being a linker to being a selfish little fuck who always needs to be seen on the recent changes page.
Some argue that Encyclopedia Dramatica liking to add a thrembtrillion links on its articles may be a cause of Linker disease as ED immigrants brazenly assume that linking everything for the sake of having links is somehow standard policy here.
(You) can also clean up clitty linkage by going into an article in the source editor and NVKING useless nigger links.
There exists an even more deranged type of linker, called red linkers who, instead of spamming actual links, they spam red links. These types of linkers can exist, but are very rarely seen.
