Islam is an Abrahamic purely monotheistic (No partners or intermediaries o algo assim) religion and the only true religion. It has existed ever since the first human, Adam, was created by Allah (SWT). However, people started corrupting or rejecting Adam’s faith, therefore Allah (SWT) would send multiple prophets again and again, but people would keep falling into disbelief, worshipping idols and making up false religions. God then sent the angel Gabriel to 7th century Arabia to reveal the Quran to Muhammad (PBUH), His final prophet. At the time, Arabia was a barbaric and ignorant place, full of weird idol worship, poor hygeine and female infanticide. Muhammad (PBUH) then began to preach to the entirety of Mecca, but the polytheists kept leaking at him for saying the trvth. They harassed him constantly and even killed some of his followers. They leaked at Muhammad (PBUH) so hard, they boycotted him and tortured him for years, eventually forcing him to move north to Medina, an event known as the Hijra.
Unlike Mecca, Medina was far more welcoming to Muhammad (PBUH). Muhammad (PBUH) started preaching to the people of Medina, building the first mosques there and gaining a large following. He established the Islamic State of Medina, building a large army and then BTFOing the polytheists and Jews, and reclaiming Mecca. He eventually took over the entirety of the Arabian Peninsula and completed his message before passing away in 632 CE. His followers would then spread the message of Islam all the way from Portugal to Pakistan, creating the largest land empire in history.
Islam continued to spread, and is still spreading to this day, which makes kuffar seethe really hard. Most arguments against Islam are purely stereotypes and emotional, bad faith accusations. Kuffar cannot challenge the soundness of Islam and thus refer to arguments such as 'muh child marriage' (Even though this is inconsistent with the Quran)[1], 'muh bestiality' (Even though every Islamic country bans this) 'muh slavery' (Even though its totally incomparable to western slavery),[2] and 'muh terrorism' (Even though muslims dont carpet bomb small iranian children).
