Fascism is an totalitarian ultranationalist ideology, usually adopted by Chuds. Albeit soyboys will create 24 minute video essays philosphically pondering over its definition probably because it's an incoherent ideology.

It started in Italy as a response to growing left-wing movements, and sought to reconcile class tensions by positioning itself as a "Third Position" separate from capitalism and socialism (even doe Mussolini retained capitalism). Hitler later co-opted it, focusing on racial identity rather than a national one. The term fascism is derived from the latin word fasces, referring to a bundle of sticks with a protruding axe blade that signified political authority in ancient Rome.

It is, in fact, when capitalism and ICE. Oh, and racism, or something.

Ideology

The ideology of fascism was derived from a reactionary branch of socialism (evendoe fascism rejects class struggle, it can't be socialist by definition cuz they don't even recognize the struggle of working men kek) (even evendoe that only applies to Marxist socialism not all socialism is Marxist)and originates in the Proudhon Circle, who were influenced by national syndicalist Georges Sorel. These protofascists (and later fascists) did consider themselves socialists, but in a different manner than leftoids; that is, they supported class struggle for a national rebirth, because the bourgeoisie are seen as illegitimate (Traditionalists such as Guénon and Evola considered the bourgeois dominance over the West as the Kali Yuga). Although fascists are "pro-worker", the definition of worker differs immensely from the Marxist 'proletariat' usage, instead taking on a more Nietzschean/aristocratic meaning.

Fascists are the right-wing of Hegelianism, seeking to realize the national spirit through the state. Contrary to what leftists claim, fascism is not when you support the current government; fascists make a distinction between 'proletarian nations' (nations which embody the proper characteristics of the worker) and 'plutocratic nations'. Also in contradiction to the leftist narrative about fascism, many fascists were not moralfags (for example the proto-fascist Futurist Party explicitly stated their distain for morality as a concept).

Most Roman larpers who call themselves epic based right-wing fascists or something, are in fact fascists, tend to have a lot to complete knowledge about fascist theory, and are often quite smart. This is easily observable when anything about (((Karl Marx))) is mentioned, because reactionary and fascist theorists acknowledge that while Marx was incorrect on advocating to “progress” towards communism, his predictions and critiques of capitalism were inaccurate.

Fascists critique Marx due to his embrace of the modern world, and often will read Marx's works from a negative perspective; for example, Marx claims that capitalism destroys Tradition/ideals, but whereas Marx will claim this is positive and conducive to a communist revolution, fascists will evaluate this claim as purely negative (or from a Nietzschean angle), and often view communism as the end result of global capitalism.

As you might read about fascist theory, and the chudslop above, you may start to realize that it's an entirely metaphysical ideology that lacks material analysis of any kind, resorting to LARPing as dead irrelevant empires. This is why so many people have different interpretations of it, because it's designed like that it's a vibecoded ideology used by wannabe-imperialists to pursue failed imperialism.

Through out the 1920's, Mussolini's March on Rome would inspire other countries to create their own vision of Fascism, but other countries began adopting corporatist policies and developing a totalitarian government only after Hitler's success.

• Adolf Hitler - You know who he is.
• Alfredo Stroessner - Paraguayan president during the Cold War. Used a hat similar to Mussolini's. Died in 2006. Heccin BASTE judeo-rightoid slaving away for Weimerika!
• António de Oliveira Salazar - Avoided the army for most of his life, until he joined Oscar Carmona's junta in 1928. Became prime minister after the latter's death in 1932, and turned himself more powerful than the presidents he named. His regime would fall 5 years after his death in 1975 because of the African independence wars. He was not Fascist but an actually existing conservatism who appreciated Mussolini, his economic theories came from earlier SNCA Vatican texts
• Benito Mussolini - The infamous bald man himself. Ironically started out as a socialist, but got expelled from the Socialist party when he said that WW1 would bring a world revolution. His clitty leaked so hard he created his own socialist party, until it evolved into what we know today as fascism. Was named il duce (this is, supreme leader) after threatening the government in the March on Rome. Allied to Hitler (though they weren't friendly to each other in the beginning) during WW2 and got himself wacked by the anti-fascist resistance at the late stages of the war.
• Engelbert Dollfuß - Brief Austrian fascist chancellor from 1932 to 1934 who got killed by other Austrian fascists influenced by Hitler. His murder was the key for Hitler's Anschluß. Actually Fascist yeah
• Francisco Franco - Spanish hero in the Rif War, yet still beloved by Moors for some reason. Raised arms against the Republicans in 1936 and won 3 years later. Supposedly betrayed Primo de Rivera's Phalanx and the Restaurationists, luring them into supporting him but suppressed their activities later. Ruled until his death in 1975. Not a Fascist he was another actually existing conservative who later liberalized the economy and appointed that swine Juan Carlos
• Getúlio Vargas - Launched a coup d'état against the oligarchic government in 1930. Adopted corporatist policies and faked a communist conspiracy in order to become a dictator, though he participated in WW2 supporting the Allies. Was overthrown in 1945, but returned in 1950 and turned to social-democracy. Killed himself 3 years later after realizing he had no more friends in the military to protect him. He was even more moderate than Salazar, actually existing conservative but like a bit cucked
• Chiang Kai-shek - Military dictator of China from 1928 until 1949 (when his regime collapsed due to the Communist revolution on the mainland; he ruled in Taiwan until his death in 1975). A gigachad who despite fighting Japan, was trained and sought to modernise China the same way Japan was, while also copying the methods of Germany and the Soviet Union, and also hated both commies and capitalists. He was a social democrat, social democracy isn't Fascism (but Fascism is social democracy), extremely generic reach.
• Hideki Tojo - Prime minister of Japan under Hirohito during WW2, allied to Germany and Italy through out the war. Raped half of East Asia and caused China to split into 3827243857345 villages commanded by warlords. Was arrested and died in jail, in 1948. Not a Fascist he was a hypermilitarist guy
• Juan Perón - Became president after WW2, Argentina was one of the only 7 corporatist countries in the world under him. Died in 1974. TRVE FASCIST hence why he supported Allende (unironic, o algoy).
• Milan Stojadinović - Yugoslav prime minister. Attempted to negotiate a non-agression treaty with the Axis, but these intentions were seen as dangerous for the Allied control in the Balkan. Couldn't contain the Croats, resigned and left to Argentina. Literal who
• Philippe Pétain - WW1 war hero. Groomed the French government into surrendering to Hitler in order to protect France's integrity, later named President of Vichy France. Died in prison in 1951. Not Fascist and a walking contradiction, equality is a bourgeois spook which Fascism rejects, but Vichy France was the moribund continuation of the French Revolution, still better than De Goylle
• Vidkun Quisling - Norwegian collaborator during WW2. Executed by a firing squad after the war. Was kinda retarded hence why the Germans had to rule Norway

• José Antonio Primo de Rivera - José Antonio Primo de Rivera was a Spanish political leader, founder of the fascist party Falange Española, and son of dictator Miguel Primo de Rivera, who was executed during the Spanish Civil War in 1936.
• José Antonio Urquiza - Founded the National-Synarchist movement in Mexico. Stabbed to death.
• Konstantin Rodzaevsky - Created the Russian Fascist Union in Japan-occupied Manchukuo before WW2. Was incredibly retarded, so much that he believed Stalin was le heccin wholesome nazbol who would pardon him, and in the end got captured and executed.

Neo-fascism is the fascism exhibited by the majority of fascists in the west post WW2 and nusoiglucks on the Sharty. It differs from normal fascism in its immaturity and actual implementation in the real world. Neo-fascists are mostly edgy discord teenagers who are trying to be fascists, they typically show no regard for human life and they only deny the Holocaust because other fascists do.

When Neo-fascists grow up, they either stop caring about politics, change their ideology, become genuine fascists (thats not REAL fascism), become esoteric fascists, or become hardcore racists (if they have below average IQ and/or severe autism).

Eco-fascism

Eco-fascism is a more modern form of fascism most famous for being extremely faggoted and gay while also being Aryan and straight at the same time. Basically, it’s a more cucked version of Neo-fascism that combines radical left wing environmentalism with wanting to gas ze Jews and whatnot. Literally everybody in this movement is just larping because of how contrarian environmentalism is from fascism, so much so that in 2020, Ted Kaczynski, the dude most eco-fascists obsess over, BFTO’d them in a essay while getting raped in prison.

Unlike the gender affirming wholesome EPI novels that LITERAL FASCISTS want to be removed from elementary school libraries, fascist literature is actually somewhat restricted. If you want to read books that ARE fascist and not whiny pretentious books that say that fascism is conveniently whatever the Republicans are doing, you can't find them in most bookstores. The best places to obtain fascist books are Arktos Media and Antelope Hill Publishing, both chuddy right wing publishers who have wikipedia pages talking about how problematic xe are.. Books A Million and Amazon also have a decent selection, but in the case of the latter have been limited, Mein Kampf was banned from amazon in 2020.
