North Carolina is a state in the Southeastern United States. It is best known for (allegedly) being Soot's home state. In 1861, it was one of the states that seceded from the Union because of Lincoln-induced clittyleakage, and fought on the side of the Confederacy in the American Civil War. Today, it is considered a swing state, and its votes thus highly sought after by American politicians.
