IAS padding or just Padding is a tactic done by baiters to post Troonslop/NAS on the big soyjak board without getting their thread instantly deleted. The most common method is by having the NAS image as the first picture and shoving in a completely irrelevant, off-topic Soyjak (often Neutralplier) as the second picture so jannies don’t notice. They also put the NAS image first because the first image is the only image catalog readers see.

Thoughbeit, there have been cases where people have gotten temporarily banned for padding and if a bait thread which is making you leak is guilty of doing such behaviour, you can easily report it and hope that the janny seeing your report is strict enough to ban the poster.

‘Jak this

In December 2025, baiters realized you can post as much NAS as you want on /soy/ as long as you request for the image to be ‘jakked. As a result "’jak this" threads started to suspiciously be posted alot more on the catalog. Mustard himself has reccomended to report "’jak this" threads that are obviously not seeking for a gemmy ‘jak to be traced and are just attempts to post NAS (this actually means any thread that makes your clitty leak) . Also at least one person posted a NAS image and asked to unjak it for some reason.

SoyBooru

On the 'ru, this is done by uploading the NAS and adding a 20 pixel Neutralplier in the corner. Usually media posted in this manner will get approved then deleted later.
