Portland, also known as The City of Roses^{[nobody calls it this]} is a City in Oregon, Muttland, that sits on the Columbia and Willamette rivers. It houses an estimated amount of ~650,000 literal whos, it is known for being self-proclaimed as eco-friendly. It is also known for a bridge that a certain traiso jumped off of, or something like that. It has literally nothing else to it besides a bunch of ~~trannies~~ transgender people protesting about ICE or Dqnald Trvmp (ev&oe they don't actually do anything...)

A few thousand years ago some ~~random niggers~~ Indigenous tribes came to Oregon, and set up a bunch of villages near two rivers (which later became Portland) then Spanish explorers arrived in the 16th century followed by Britain and America, Oregon became a US state in 1848, being the 33rd American state, Portland began as a small stopping point known as "The Clearing" between Oregon City and Fort Vancouver. Some literal whos called William Overton and Asa Lovejoy filed a 640 acre land claim. Overton later sold his share to Francis Pettygrove, Pettygrove later named this land "Portland"
