Hormone Replacement Therapy, abbreviated as HRT, is a series of drugs created by the (((Jews))) which are best known for magically changing your gender or something. Usually, trannies take female hormones (estrogens), while pooners take male hormones (testosterone). Some of the effects of HRT include fertility loss, making this essentially poison. It's what makes a YWNBAW a real woman.
It also has an almost divine and religious significance to troons. It of course has terrifying permanent consequences on the health and many do it despite all the downsides, because the feeling of being recognized and proving loyalty to your online identity and the crude promised so-called "upsides" are simply outweighed by the negatives. Depending on how long someone takes HRT and which gender they're faking, the effects may differ. Both groups lose fertility, but it's not a guaranteed way of anticonception and shouldn't be treated as one, retard.
First what is noticed by trannies is decreased sex drive, which apparently doesn't stop xhem from gooning. - Weight gain
- Insulin resistance (which can easily develop into diabetes)
Negative effects of artificially injecting testosterone into your female body:
- Permanent vaginal dysfunction
- Breast cancer
- If you rush through your transition too fast and inject too much in, it will convert back into estrogen making you un-troon out

As expected, you will never hear about the downsides from the troons themselves, mainly because they are misinformed, suffering from cognitive dissonance, or trying to groom kids into the procedure to prove they are "real" trannies.

Due to the fact that in some countries/states HRT is illegal or inaccessible to minors🗝️, troons have become so desperate, xhey are ready to risk xheir health and life just so xhey can feel like a real woman. All forms of estrogen WILL increase the risk of blood clots forming. Other hormones may cause other symptoms including, but not limited to brain tumors, liver toxicity and lung toxicity, increased thirst, salt cravings and frequent urination.
Pooner hormones have generally lower risk of side effects, but that doesn't mean they don't do anything bad health-wise.
