Salt, chemically known as NaCl or Sodium Chloride, is a mineral that is commonly used to season food. In it's granular form, its something that should be taken with statements that are not necessarily true. Within the context of the Soysphere, the phrase "grain of soy" is sometimes used in lieu of "grain of salt", due to aligning better with the site's culture. Since salt is present in tears, it is also used by normies as a synonym for seethe.

Health effects or something

If you eat too much salt it's going to be bad since it's dehydrates and increases blood pressure or something. Keep the total salt consumption in somewhere like 5 grams per day (~1 teaspoon). Albeit salt is very good before workout, preventing stiffness and giving a good pump.
