Use vichan flags

Since the instant commons versions of flags keep failing to load for several users I suggest replacing them with the vichan ones seen on /pol/. As the vichan flags haven't been updated since 2006, some are quite outdated and unrecognizable, like Lesotho for instance is completely different. (Also Afghanistan's is outdated too but it's SNCA, can remake those in a similar style if it's desired.)

Also a minor issue is that the links don't preview on hover as they're technically external links ev&oe I've forced it to only be links to pages on this very wiki. Thoughts? 〜 MarketPliers (leak here) 06:11, 4 March 2026 (UTC)
