Geography and Economy
Nicaragua is mostly jungles, volcanoes that randomly erupt when they feel like it, and some lakes that look cool on postcards but are probably full of dead bodies from the cartels or the government. The economy is carried by coffee, bananas (Irony), and whatever Daniel Ortega’s family is skimming off the top this week. Tourism? Yeah Americans and Euros go there to “find themselves” or some hipster shit but end up getting robbed by 14 year olds with machetes or catching a tropical disease. The beaches are decent tho if you ignore the plastic garbage and the locals trying to sell you fake cigars.
