X (formerly Twitter), also known as Xitter and The Everything App, is a mainstream social networking service with a backend written in Ruby founded by Jack Dorsey on March 21, 2006 and introduced to the public on July 13, 2006. Anyone with an account can send public text messages, which you can see either in an algorithmically-generated feed or while scrolling through someone's account page.

Its only important purpose is being the platform where most politicians and celebrities make their announcements or statements. Otherwise, it mainly serves as a political soapbox where the chronically-online scream at each other all day over trivial stuff. Its tertiary function is as a meme hub (albeit a shitty one) and as one of the primary sources of soyjak.party immigrants. It is practically if niggerhell was a site.

Xitter's webpage is filled with nuInternet Web 2 garbage and it also rate-limits anonymous users. If you want to browse the website anonymously or archive posts, use https://goyimx.com/ instead. There are some rumors going around that X played a role in the Origin of soyjak, but that has been debunked by multiple peer-reviewed studies.

Origin

It was founded in 2006 by random nophonos, it was relatively easy to scrape back then, eventually the scraping would be cracked down on.

Twitter would also suffer from the 2018 Tumblr Exodus when gooners, pedophiles, libtards and porn artists would migrate from Tumblr to other platforms because Tumblr banned all porn🗝️ on xheir platform (ev&oe this was due to SNCA legal demands and they'd eventually revert it). This event primarily affected Reddit and Twitter and but also had an effect on third parties such as YouTube.

Before being bought, Twitter used to be even more brimmy than now. Their jannies were extremely retarded and would delete your threads for no reason, ban you if they seemed you as "dangerous" and blacklist you if you made xheir clitties leak(Looking kinda familiar to a certain site...) , but somehow xhey couldn't deal with the fucking pedobots that were running rampant in their site, spamming uncensored 'P that would stay up for hours (sometimes even a day). And with the recent Tumblr diaspora, groomers and faggots were to be found everywhere with a guarantee chance that the algorithm would recommend one of these niggers in your feed even if you never interacted nor engaged with them.

By April of 2022, Elon Musk initiated a deal to acquire Twitter for 44 Ϫillion USD, with the deal being completed in October 27, 2022, then rebranded it to X on July 23, 2023. This pissed off many trannies that missed old Twitter, and is le good because anybody can say some slurs without getting banned or discuss how McDonald's burgers are 9.11488% estrogen or however the cookie crumbles.

Old domain

On November 10, 2025, the domain twitter.com retired for good and will cease to function and now redirects to x.com, effectively sunsetting the Twitter brand from an official standpoint. (ev&oe libshits will still call it Twitter to own Jewlon Mvsk or something)

Some nophonos tried to take advantage and make their own twitter splinter called twitter.now (redirects to tweet.app) which will likely become either a sharty colony or an anti-Elon circle jerk, similar to Jewsky.[1]

𝕏 account locations

A feature was added where you can see which country an account is from, and it went just about as you e𝕏pect. Many MAGA shill accounts were not American and where from places like the UK, India, Nigeria, Eastern Europe, Kenya and other countries, most pro-Israel shill accounts and accounts larping as Israeli women were from India, most accounts larping as white women were from India, most white supremacy/far right/redpill branigger shill accounts were from India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Latin America and the like, most pro-Gaza shill accounts were scammers from Nigeria, the US Department of Homeland Security's account was made in Tel Aviv all the way back in 2008, BBC fetish shill accounts being from India, Israel and Turkey, Indian's taking L's being from Bangladesh, Scottish independence accounts being from Iran (this was an older revelation albeit), etc.

Some X users have posted soyjak edits from the Sharty, exposing them to millions[2] of other users and igniting fears of a potential X invasion. However, Kuz himself has debunked this theory, stating in his second Q&A that he believes only a tiny amount of new users come from X[3] despite the fact that Twitter immigrants make up a very significant portion, if not the majority, of the current soyjak.party userbase.

X users will often describe 'jaks from the Sharty as "incomprehensible" even though they are perfectly understandable to the average 'teen.[4] Most 'teens view eXtremely common Soyjaks and related memes posted there such as Two Pointing Soyjaks, Syndromejak, Billions must X, etc. as dust.
