World War Soy refers to a series of raids on Wplace, a website where you can paint pixels on a world map, similar to r/place.

Background

The exact date Wplace went up is unknown, but the first archive of it on the Wayback Machine is from June 28, 2025. It became popular in August, primarily due to 𝕏 and was met with an influx of troons and fags. The most prominent of these faggots were deltarune fans, who could brap up hundreds of shitty sprites a day due to toby fox making them EXTREMELY simple to redraw. Within a week, everywhere you looked you would see a deltarune sprite left by yet another autist. At this point it was only a matter of time before the sharty would discover this shitfest. They are likely organizing in Discord servers.

The site hosters are suspected to be zionist, as users on Xitter would point the official WPlace Instagram account posted a screenshot of paintings in Tel-Aviv with the caption "Tel Aviv, Israel 🇮🇱. This is beautiful 🥹",^[1]which the post would later be deleted and the area shown would be plastered over with Palestinian flags and even more deltarune art, which is probably one of the better things the deltarune fans have done for Wplace. Xitter may be fearmongering and this may all just be a nothing burger, but Snopes needs to make an article before a conclusion is made.

Sharty Discovery

The Sharty discovered Wplace shortly after the troons did. Several raid threads were posted,^[2]^[3] and two megathreads were created on August 8: one on /soy/, and one on /raid/.^[4]^[5] One ultra-gemmy soyteen convinced a 'cordtroon that TTD means "total transgender defense" and got the troon to help him write TTD on a trans mural.

Sharty Settlement

Tirana

A brown version of the albanian prime minister sporting a crossed out gay flag was successfully completed and maintained for a period of time north of the capital; Tirana, Albania. A Hanging soyjak was drawn next to Thug Rama prior to focus from the wplace reddit

Kielce

A Hanging soyjak is currently in the process of being drawn in Kielce, Poland. Some Deltatroons are fighting back (see below)

A few 'jaks were drawn in Zagreb, the capital of Croatia. The Sharty logo is southeast of the city. Kuzzyniggers started attacking the logo shortly after it was drawn (see below). There's a Never Goon minion north of the city.

Ulaanbaatar

A chud and a wholesome 'jak was drawn in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia's capital. A big Mongoloid Chudjak is in progress north of the city

Orania

Sharty users and other griefers vandalized a pan-african flag and a faggot pride flag in Orania, south africa, a white only city in South Africa, and gemmed it up with TND and christARYAN gemeralds.

Security Breach

On August 10, a soyteen discovered that the shitty coding of the site allowed him to somehow get information from the backend of the site when registering with a Twitch account. He discovered that it displayed a random user's account information. Deeper digging revealed that a lot of the site's code was available for anyone to see. It was discovered that these vulnerabilities allowed users to log into other users accounts and see their transaction history and pixel history, leaving them at high-risk of getting doxxed among other vulnerabilities found. However, Wplace users were smart thinkers and already started doxing themselves by posting about deltarune paintings near their house/hometown without censoring any information on Xitter, which is the best practice of internet safety ever seen.^[7]

Reactions

The troons on the site threw a fit about Soyteens and cried to the devs. Tiktok cacas also began posting troonjaks due to the trannies filling the entire place with Toby Fox.

The site devs have temporarily halted the creation of new accounts due to Sharty raids.^{[it just is, ok?snopes?it just is, ok?how???whatbut... why?]} Many plebbitors have began pointing out and making posts that the Sharty is behind these raids, some saying "they're worse than 4cuck" while some still think it's 4cuck. Due to this, some 'teens have became paranoid that troons and normies are going to flood the 'log and cause the Soypocalypse 2, going as far to believe that they should wipe the 'log with 'cado, DNB and nufag repellent.^[8] Others think nothing vill happen.
