Leftypol, formerly Bunkerchan, also known as Leftycoal, is a left-wing imageboard site founded in 2015.
Site Info[edit | edit source]
Originally a board on 8chan, it was made as a left-wing alternative to 4chan's /pol/ board.[1] It has a strict no-soyjak policy as per rule two.[2] Posting any soyjak at all will result in an immediate one-hour ban because you hurt their feelings. However, some users use sharty lingo such as gem and coal.
The boards outside of /leftypol/ are emptier than the streets of Pyongyang, with some of them having next to zero PPH.
Site mods don't tolerate any criticism of China, even if someone criticizes it from a commie or Soy Justice Warrior point of view. Doing this will most likely result in a ban for "trolling", which makes the site look like a CCP-owned propagandist echo chamber.
Bunkerchan has supposedly never tolerated bigotry.[3] Interestingly enough, they found gulags so funny they named a board after them.[4] [5]
The site also bans people for being "Le Misogynist" while also claiming to be the "politically incorrect left". For some reason, the site filters nigger and nigga to Uyghur and Ughya, respectively, but removes them when you say "Jewish nigger" as a means to scare off the heckin' normies. The userbase is composed of gooners, nihilists, pseudointellectuals, postmodernists, and soyboys who don't want to do anything but talk about events and use semantic repositories to refer to everything instead of actually using their words (See: "Typical leftypost").

To nobody's surprise, Leftypol's moderators, specifically Cabalo, engage in datamining. As such, do not visit the site unless you have a VPN.
GETchan[edit | edit source]
GETchan smells like bait.GETchan is a pedophilic altchan best known for being a commie shithole. Before the raids, it was one of the largest tranny imageboards, along with Bunkerchan and Leftycoal; now it's almost completely dead, GEG!
First Raid[edit | edit source]
The first raid happened on December 14, 2023, and was stickied by Froot himself.
Heroic 'teens wiped two of its three boards, /get/ and /ref/, stealing two GETs on the latter. Their jannies, being tech-illiterate, didn't have proper backups of the threads that were slid off, which resulted in all of them being permanently lost, with the exception of the stickies and another thread that a retard bumped. It also caused the admin to introduce a new rule permabanning soyjaks.
Second Raid[edit | edit source]
GETchan was raided once again on April 20, 2024, which is Hitler's birthday weed day. /soy/ raided the /test/ board and stole three small GETs: 600, 666, and 750.
Mascot[edit | edit source]
Alunya was the mascot of Leftychan. She was created on the 9th of May in 2015, during the creating of assets for the board. Someone suggested creating a mascot as board-tans were at the peak of their popularity at the time, and a catgirl design was decided upon as a reference to the sabo-cat, a symbol of the Industrial Workers of the World union. The name "Alunya" was chosen to reference the Catalan spelling of Catalonia, Catalunya, to play off of the pun of xer being a cat. In reference to the name, xhe was also dressed in a Spanish Republican uniform in the early drafts of xer creation.
Eventually xer black-and-red outfit was decided upon as xer first official design, with a redesign later introducing a hat and changes to xer clothing. Both designs remain in common use. The original drawings of Alunya were drawn by Comrade King, the admin/co-founder of GETchan. Some also argue that the thread was possibly started by xim, although no proof of this claim has been presented as of yet. Alunya's personality was often depicted as that of a closed-off xirl with a short fuse who has a crush on Chudjak and his TWP despite hating his guts (ev&oe that's fanon doe).
A big contention in the community is the ideology Alunya represents, or for some, the lack thereof. Some anarchists claim that xhe represents anarcho-communism, as xhe's named after Catalonia, which was the main site of the anarchist revolution in the Spanish Civil War, and they also point out that xer color scheme of red and black and her bisected red-black bandanna are shared by ancoms. However, most others agree xhe represents general leftism/socialism to represent the entirety of the board, which doesn't have an official ideology besides being generally left-wing. In this interpretation, the black is supposed to represent anarchism, and the red is supposed to represent Marxism, commonly portrayed as the "unity of black and red".
She briefly fought in the Russian military from 2022 to 2024.
