An accurate portrayal

The Sharty-Booru split refers to various events gradually worsened the relationship between soyjak.party and SoyBooru since 2025. Since the Second Great Handover on August 8, 2026, the two sites have been under split ownership, with soyjak.party owned by Salt and SoyBooru owned by Mustard. Relations between the sites had already been deteriorating since 2025, with escalation in June 2026 due to the Sixth and Seventh Soysurgencies.

According to Fenriris Quote is still the owner of the Sharty's servers. Keep that in mind.

Salt takeover

Following the Second Great Handover, the Soysphere was divided between Salt and Mustard, with Salt owning soyjak.party and Mustard owning Soybooru and, supposedly, Soyjak Wiki. Cobblestone mirrored the unbanning of Roblox raiding and Roblox discussion on the Booru.

Following 'P spam on /soy/, a 'teen would claim that a group of 'ru users in a group chat were responsible. Minutes later, a 'teen believed to be "Larptoko_houjou_fan" on the 'ru leaked four of the group chat pages, unveiling the "Salt Defamation League". The leak spread like wildfire through /soy/, leading to a raid on the 'ru. 'Ru users retaliated by raping most of the threads with Cobblestone's hamster drawing, however soon bailed after some 'teens started to spam gore[1]. A few hours later, AdolfTrumpson, a notable Warrior-Z supporter, attempted to report the site to authorities, which got him banned[2]. 'teens subsequently declared him a martyr.

Salt declared war on the 'ru before removing its links from the Sharty a few minutes later. Shortly afterward, he demanded the IP address of Trollkastel, an infamous Smuglet poster, so he could 'nish him.

Salt is Quote. It's not that hard to understand. "Salt" claims to ban all Quote-era jannies. Reality? He just turned off capcodes so snopes couldn't fact check this. Despite Quote "leaving" soysphere according to Fenriris, he still owns servers of Soyjak Wiki. So what's really happening? Simple. PPH boost. Quote got tired of Soysphere, so he decided to boost site PPH. He allowed spam, gore, reverted the brownocaust and unbanned a lot of quote-era 'nished users in order to do so[3]. Why did he do all of this? He just wants to sell this website to someone else for a good price. Probably even this very wiki and Soybooru too since he clearly cooperates with Mustard and still owns wiki servers. This "war" is fake and gay. You WILL keep on 'jakking and ignore this useless 'cord drama
