Arkansasjak is a subvariant of the Impish Soyjak Ears meant to depict someone from Arkansas.

Arkansasjak seems to fit the hillbilly archetype. He is meant to depict a white from rural America, hence the name based on the state of Arkansas which is a deeply non-urban part of the USA.
