Buff Soyjaks, also known as Buffjaks, are Soyjaks who have decided to take full advantage of soy's excellent protein content[1] and hit the gym. As a Soyjak trend, they have been at the core of many different trends, such as Countrywars, self inserting, and the fundamental concept of depicting yourself as the Chad and your enemy as the Soyjak, with the twist being that both sides are technically the Soyjak. While most buffjaks are fairly new in terms of soy culture, they have cemented themselves as an integral part of any 'jakker's folder as they are extremely versatile, but are limited in their amount as it takes a degree of effort to draw detailed and exaggerated muscles to a high-quality degree or something. Buffjaks have proven to be highly popular even outside of the soysphere, occasionally being used by offsiters and even normies, further proving their versatility and quality. Buffjakking has always been a trend in Soy Culture one way or another, and its starting point cannot be pinned down exactly. Regardless, they are quite gemmy and will probably be a part of soy culture for years to come. This, of course, means that Buffjaks are the gem that saved the Party.
They are most often used as self-inserts, and are very rarely used to mock others due to the inherently positive nature of their exaggerated musculature, though some have been subject to Slopjakking. This has also taken into question their status as IAS, as some Soypuritans state that soyjaks MUST be used to make fun of people. This, however, is schizophrenic and retarded and something that very few people actually say. Refer to the page defining IAS.
Many people claim that Buffjaks take performance-enhancing drugs, even though this claim is entirely unfounded and completely unconfirmed by Snopes. They follow a strict diet of fake steak, gay eggs, the bugs, and Soylent, as well as a rigorous exercise of writing Snopes articles, fact-checking chuds, and opening Soylent bottles.

Buff Soyjaks have fallen victim to internet rumors implying they are homosexual, simply due to their overwhelming confidence in showing off their ripped physique. Those rumors are vastly unfounded and pushed by right-wing bigots to defame the Buff Soyjaks for their staunch leftist ideology and proud veganism. Some naked photographs of Buffjaks sporting massive erections can be found online, but those were merely the result of a gay-for-soy photo shoot[2][3]. Those pictures WILL NOT be used to slander fitness-loving 'jaks, and should be enjoyed only by wholesome fans and fellow fitness enthusiasts. As DreamyBull once said, "Self-pleasure does not make you gay."
The posters of buffjaks have been condemned as homosexual a few times, but this is a stretch, as simply ackgnowledging buff men does not make you a homosexual, and anyone who would make this claim is probably a faggot themselves.
