This is likely because She is So Attractive that El Perro Loco cannot help but go loco at the drop of a hat, even though most women El Perro Loco pines for are of average looks and nothing special. This low threshold for attraction is causing many problems in El Perro Loco's daily life and he has been diagnosed with autism as a result.
