Kate Hikes is the female version of Nate Higgers, and was commonly used to represent female Soyteens.

Heckin Rule 63 entails every fictional character needs to be genderswapped. And as such Kate was created to fill that niche. Despite seeing little to no use in the sharty and outside of it, specialists have called her existence "necessary" and "stunning"[1].
It is speculated that kate was used for multiple Soysphere feminist movements such as "#Soygirls", "#SoyToo" and "#Women can be soyteens too", and all of the described events DID HAPPEN, but all of the evidence of their existence was removed by Froot and other admins[it just is, ok?], with no archives surviving. Kate was used to represent Female Soyteens on the Sharty and the Jarty. With her being a competitor to Soytan and 'fe Girl, possibly 'Lita too. She also has been used by Trannies to self insert as as her, and to goon to.
Various users have also wrote vantablack niggercoal made up lore for her, because everything on the internet needs that. Many imagine Kate as being Nate's sister, Girlfriend and/or both at the same time (because 4cuck niggers like that). Trannies have also suggested she is a trans version of Nate, or him crossdressing, even doe that is categorically false[2].
In general she is used by women who want to replicate the stunning and brave lainpilled/tomokopilled 'femanons' femcels {even though most of them are just larping trannies}

Many troons have criticized Kate's appearance for being just Nate with a different hair and a hairbow because it obeys traditional gender roles or something. Other source of criticism is her NAS characteristic for not having a beard (women can have beards too, chud). Others have claimed her existence is unnecessary since women don't browse the sharty and that her existence is redundant due to 'fe girl already being used for similar functions.
