Billy is the name of a variant based on the baby-face edits of current Vice President J.D. Vance. It was spammed on the 'ru for a short period and never caught on with the general public, likely due to its dusty qualities (hard to paintbucket, lack of wrinkles/detail), holding it back as an otherwise gemmy 'jak concept. Perhaps (You) could refine it?

Recently, it has had a slight resurgence on /soy/.
