Billy is a DEAD VARIANTThis soyjak variant gets posted on the 'log less than once a month.
Only (You) can revive it.

Billy is the name of a variant based on the baby-face edits of current US Vice President J.D. Vance. It originated from left-wing Trvmp haters that mock Vance for his look by faking it, which turned out to be their only funny meme they made over the years.

Its best known for being spammed on the 'ru for a short period and never caught on with the general public, likely due to its dusty qualities (hard to paintbucket, lack of wrinkles/detail), holding it back as an otherwise gemmy 'jak concept. Perhaps (You) could refine it?

Recently^[when?], it has had a slight resurgence on /soy/.

Billy was a rollable name on soyjak.party.
