Info[edit | edit source]
Taxonomy[edit | edit source]
Protestantjaks are directly descended from Wholesome Soyjaks, and until relatively recently, were believed by soyjak taxonomists to be a subvariant of the Gapejak-Wholesome Soyjak variant complex. However, in March 2025, Snopes confirmed that while Protestantjaks are members of the same monophyletic clade as the G-WS variant complex, they are more memetogenetically distant from both Wholesome Soyjak and Gapejak than they are from each other, and have evolved enough morphologically distinct characteristics to be considered a unique variant unto themselves.
Description[edit | edit source]
He depicts a balding middle aged man with glasses meant to demonstrate a typical follower of protestant sects of Christianity, such as a pastor, a preacher or just a regular convert. He is often depicted carrying a bible or some other book. He is also utilized generally to represent any financially stable upper middle class middle aged man common in the 20th century, even without religious undertones. He also resembles former Chinese leader Jiang Zemin for some reason.
