He was best known for being a pedophile supplying the global elites (including the current US president DOGTOES) with child models to rape on his party island up until he didn't kill himself.
The variant has been used as a way to portray potential or confirmed pedophiles and to portray them as ominous. For the 'jak itself it has a smug look on its face, representing pedophiles who know they will never get punished for their crimes. However, when the CIA 4Cuck Soyjak mafia busts through their doors they will immediately take the second option, but even when their mouth is wide open and literal shit and piss comes from their hanged corpse they're still going to be smug about mind raping everyone or how the master plan goes up until they come to God's presence and I don't need to say that their smug face and happiness will never come back.

Epsteinjak was created in August of 2025 when a teen posted a thread comparing Jeffrey Epstein to Mulletjak. A few minutes later a 'jak this thread would be created which spawned the Epsteinjak we know and love.
