The Neutralplier Cap is the average number of neutralplier threads that a user can create in a short amount of time before they are banned for spamming. As of October 31, 2023. The NC is 5.54 threads.
This number is regulated by soyjak.party moderators in a similar fashion to how The Fed regulates interest rates.
