Shambler, the first and most prominent Quake Soyjak.

Quake Soyjaks are an old soyjak trend of creating soyjak subvariants based on the enemies of the series of games.

History

The quake soyjaks originate from old /qa/ where users traced enemies from Quake to turn into variants. They are usually made by giving them a mouth from a main most popular variant at the time. These variants all have thougher versions too and saw a shy amount of success but wer3e sadly forgotten over the years.

List of variants

Shambler

Main article: Shambler

The first of the quake soyjaks and thus quickstarted the trend and who served as inspiration of the other ones. He is traced from the enemy of the same name who is also one of the most popular characters from the game itself. Due to all this, he's the most popular out of all variants. Uses the mouth of the Markiplier Soyjak.

Scrag

Another subvariant, this time traced from the floating Scrag enemy from the first game. He uses Gapejak's mouth.

Tripspider

Tripspider or Tripcentaur is another subvariant, this one being based on the enemy called Vore. The jak doesn't share the same name as the original character like the other two because the word vore has gained another meaning over the years. It uses the mouth of the A24 jak.
