Blackpilljak, or Cuckjeet on SoyBooru, is a variant used to represent incels, more specifically, the cuckjeet.

The 'jak was created as a way to represent and mock the Cuckjeet during the height of xhis infamy. It is traced from an image the cuckjeet constantly posted on the Shroom and /pol/ to represent someone who he believed would never succeed in life due to being born ugly, a concept part of his incel ideology.[2] A thread was created on the requests board by the Australian rival of cuckjeet, despite some confusion over wether the image was of the cuckjeet ximself which is incorrect as the image is much older than the Sharty.
