Swedemass also known as Failjak is a forgotten old /qa/ variant of the Swedish Soyjak created around the height of popularity of the latter.
History[edit | edit source]
Swedemass is identical to the Impjak but with a larger forehead and the nose and eyes changing location. He was created on an old /qa/ thread soyquoting the word "fail" and using the filename "failjak.png". Since this was during time period of users debating about Swedish Fails and Swedish Wins, this was probably a reference to that. Since then he would be reposted multiple times on /qa/ in reference to Swedish affairs or other soyquotes, and would even appear fully shaved 8 days after his debut[2] in an edit that was actually more popular than the original.[3] A curious piece of trivia is that this was the variant used to create the Impish Meowjak, as both have the same headshape.[4] When transported to the Sharty via the SoyBooru, he was renamed to Swedemass[5] due to his similarities to Massjak, even though Failjak was created much earlier.
