David is another distorted soyjak based on the Wholesome Gapejak.
Similar to the more popular Nathaniel, David is a variant of the aforementioned Wholesome Soyjak created on /qa/, and is meant to resemble a baby. It's likely that the name was inspired by the hash of the original image that contained the word "DaVy" on it.[2] As part of the deformed gang, he played a key role on being a colorjak, but with being the most heavily distorted and arguably ugliest version, he saw very little usage outside of it on the Sharty or the soybooru and was left in obscurity, lacking the charming face of Nathaniel and being easily the least popular of all deformed variants.
