Trend
In 'jakking, a trend is one of two things: a specific meme or pattern of soyjak edits that can be applied to multiple variants (as opposed to subvariants which are derived from a single soyjak) or a meme that involves placing multiple soyjaks in one specific configuration, such as the classic Soyjak Trio. There are many different examples of trends, like distortion involving slopjaks and soyjaks, award spam. Usually, a trend opens up to people on the soybooru, since thats where most trends are found, although it can also happen on the sharty.
There have existed many trends throughout the course of the Sharty, and multiple conflicts have been fought over them: the First Soyvil War was, in part, an attempt to determine the rating of deformed soyjaks, and Operation Bleached Bowl occured in response to the rise of Colorjaks.
TL;DR it means having any jak to look/be different from it's original form while still keeping it's core personalities in itself which you can see a example from this image >
