Some tranny on Twitter was crying over a TikTok short about someone eating McDonald's because "muh hecking genocide Palestinians," and in one of the tweet's replies (actually deleted GEG), someone soyjaked the mutt in the video, thus giving rise to this variant.
Despite the origin of this variant, soyteens use it to make fun of people who consume slop.
