Medsjak is a soyjak variant little known from the times when soyjaks were just beginning to originate. This Soyjak depicts a person holding a bottle of Soylent pills, as its name suggests, even though the original image only showed a person holding a bottle of Soylent powder.

Info

Medsjak originated in a 4chan /qa/ thread where they were 'jakking soy pictures, and a user decided to send the iconic medsjak image, where it was drawn into a Soyjak afterwards by a user who said "i couldnt resist" and sent the original soyjak, with the preview image having a blue background.
