Le Happy Merchant, also known as The Happy Merchant, The Smirking Merchant or The Stupid Nigger and The Gassy Merchant by detractors, is an anti-semitic meme based on kikes used by heckin far-right chuds from /pol/. It depicts a stereotypical (((Jew))) with its relevant stereotypes. It has its own soymoji and nameroll on the Sharty.

In March of 2026, it randomly exploded in popularity on the 'ru, with many posts being made over the course of a few days, which also happen to be completely disconnected from soy culture. This was totally not some offsite troon samefagging by reposting unfunny Xitter memes.

It has a subvariant, known as the Shemmykike, which depicts the Shemmycuck's head on the merchant's body.

Merchant was a rollable name on soyjak.party.

Origins

The Happy Merchant meme was invented by a snuff film enthusiast known as "A. Wyatt Mann" (which is a pun on "a white man") sometime in the 80's. He drew it in a cartoon he made that compared niggers to cockroaches and Jews with rats, alongside the relevant image. However, roaches are actually Turks.
