The word "Doctos" is word filtered to OMGSISA, to link this article without the autofilter use https://soyjakwiki.org/oyyyDoctos (plural: Doctoes[3]), sometimes referred to as Dog Toes, is a photoshop edit of Soyak, depicting him as shocked. He has grey eyes inside his black eyes, an additional pair of white pupils inside his normal pupils, a grey tongue and an ear.
He is mostly used to express shock and being scared. He is also attached to posts with ridiculous non-existent web addresses that would be shocking if they were to be real, such as http://cp.cloudflare.com/ (even though its real (it does wordswordswords some nerdy connection related shit)). It is believed that "Doctos" is a corruption of Doctors". [4] His skull is also known to have been cracked (Most likely by DOCTO(r)S during a botched ear removal surgery).
Doctoddlers[edit | edit source]
Doctoddlers are a subspecies of HTSM who reply with doctos to shit bait as well as other rulebreaking content (something you shouldn't do, especially if it's illegal, ignore/report and move on). An example of doctoddlering would be seeing some disturbing content then making a new thread saying "OYYYY DOCTOS WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT", your thread VVILL get deleted and you VVILL get temporarily 'nished for rule 15. If you see illegal content get posted then deleted, do not make a new thread bringing attention to it as you'll get banned for rule 15. A different variety of HTSMs have taken it upon themselves to repost such content just to OYYYYYYY at it, which is a symptom of Doctosial Paranoid Disorder. Users who act in this manner are generally referred to as "doctoddlers" and many of them were purged during the Cacacaust.
Doctoddlers are often considered extinct specimen hallucinated by retarded booru attentionwhores who cannot take a break from posting poop piss cum diaper abdl babyjak porn, and the term itself has sparked intense debates across the soysphere whenever if doctoddlers still exist or not.

Later, on the wiki, during March-April 2026, the tranny-jannies deleted the {{DOCtung}} template and made it redirect to {{Customtung}},[5] and would revert edits that either used the {{Doctos}} template or linked to this page for the same reason. Some retards even came to the conclusion that doctos itself is inherently pedophilic ev&oe its just a funny image of a scared funny bald man with glasses. Notorious 'cordmonkey shitskin GillKoyim attempted to replace Soyak with HTSM in many templates where Doctos was used, including {{Doctos}},[6] which failed and turned into a now-deleted separate template called {{HTSMdoctos}}.
