These spaces themselves are broadly considered ground zero of the troon epidemic, starting first with Tumblr (if you were ever on that website you know this). Troonism itself is a mere symptom of seeing your digital avatar as the "superior" version of yourself due to spending an unhealthy amount of time online.
Of course, in fandom spaces, trannies aren't the only manifestation of digital dissociation. You have therians/otherkin who believe they suffer from "species dysphoria" and claim they have the soul of an animal such as either a wolf or fox. There's also Dissociative Identity Disorder, though people who say they have it online never call it that—they always call themselves "plural" or part of a "system." Critique of Troon Logic
Since the act of trooning out is inherently a form of escapism, and the vast majority of troons are neurospicy people suffering from tunnel vision, tranny logic is fundamentally flawed and nonsensical. Say that your personal beliefs are that you don't believe in genders, only in sex, and that you believe that women are human females, and men human males.
