Report it to moderation, and do not otherwise interact with the post, not even with sage.Doctos, sometimes referred to as Dog Toes, is a photoshop edit of the Classic Soyjak, depicting him as shocked. He has grey eyes inside his black eyes, an additional pair of white pupils inside his normal pupils, a grey tongue and an ear.
He is mostly used to express shock and being scared. He is also attached to posts with ridiculous non-existent web addresses that would be shocking if they were to be real, such as http://cp.cloudflare.com/ (even though its real (it does wordswordswords some nerdy connection related shit)). It is believed that "Doctos" is a corruption of Doctors". [3] His skull is also known to have been cracked (Most probably by DOCTOS while trying to remove his ears, which failed).
Doctos has historically been posted by HTSMs while replying to shit bait as well as other rulebreaking content (something you shouldn't do, especially if it's illegal, ignore/report and move on). A different variety of HTSMs has taken it upon themselves to repost such content just to OYYYYYYY at it, which is a symptom of Doctosial Paranoid Disorder. Users who act in this manner are generally referred to as "doctoddlers" and many of them were purged during the Cacacaust.
Since February 2025, Doctos is one of the many rollable names on soyjak.party.
The Doctocaust
On February 26th, 2026, Mustard decided to wordfilter Doctos to OMGSISA to discourage doctoddlering among 'teens.
Later, on the wiki, during March-April 2026, the jannies deleted the {{DOCtung}} template and made it redirect to {{Customtung}},[4] and would revert edits that either used the {{Doctos}} template or linked to this page for the same reason, with GillKoyim going as far as replacing Soyak with HTSM in many templates where Doctos was used, including {{Doctos}},[5] which failed and turned into a now-deleted separate template called {{HTSMdoctos}}.
